PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, has on the 11th day of February, 2026, duly adopted the resolution attached hereto and published herewith, subject to a permissive referendum. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE FROM CAPITAL EQUIPMENT RESERVER FUND
RESOLVED, the purchase of one Chevrolet Tahoe 4×4 Special Service Vehicle and related equipment and accessories (the “Vehicle”) at a cost not to exceed $125,000.00 is hereby authorized, and it is further RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, there is hereby appropriated from the Capital Equipment Reserve Fund of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, the sum not to exceed $125,000.00 to pay for and be applied toward the purchase price of the Vehicle. The foregoing resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
