BUDGET HEARING NOTICE Please take notice that the Beekman Board of Fire Commissioners budget hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 7:00 PM. This hearing will take place at the Beekman Fire District Headquarters, 316 Beekman-Poughquag Road, Poughquag, New York. A copy of the budget is available for inspection at the headquarters building or at the Town Hall, with the Town Clerk.

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE BEEKMAN FIRE DISTRICT DATED September 9, 2026 RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, there is hereby appropriated from the capital improvement reserve fund of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, the minimum sum of $25,000.00 to finance, pay for, and be applied toward the costs of the purchase of an “Out Building” at the Beekman Firehouse located at 316 Beekman Poughquag Road, Poughquag, NY; foregoing resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum
Due to the lack of a quorum, the meeting scheduled for 5/27/2026 has been cancelled. The next meeting will be on June 10, 2026 at 7pm.

Resolution Authorizing Expenditure from Capital Equipment Reserve Fund
Resolved, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, there is hereby appropriated from the Capital Equipment Reserve Fund of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, a sum of not to exceed $13,000.00 to finance, pay for, and be applied toward the purchase of an EKG Monitor and Accessories. The foregoing resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
