PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the First Monthly General Meeting of the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Beekman Fire District will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. and the Second Monthly General Meeting will be held on the last Wednesday of each month at 7:00 P.M. at the Beekman Fire House, 316 Beekman-Poughquag Road, Poughquag, New York.

NOTICE OF REORGANIZATIONAL MEETING AND FIRST MEETING
OF 2022 FOR BEEKMAN FIRE DISTRICT
PEASE TAKE NOTICE that the reorganizational meeting for the year 2022 of the Beekman Fire District of the Town of Beekman, County of Dutchess, New York, will be held on the 12th day of January, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., followed by the first regular meeting of 2022. Meetings will be held at the Beekman Fire House, 316 Beekman-Poughquag Road, Poughquag, New York

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Beekman Board of Fire Commissioners scheduled Monthly Second Meeting for December 29, 2021, has been cancelled.  It will not be rescheduled.

Election Notice

November 23, 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Annual Election and Special Election of the Beekman Fire District will take place on December 14, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Beekman Fire House located at 316 Beekman Poughquag Road, Poughquag, NY for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a 5-year term commencing on January 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2026; and a Special Election to fill the vacancy of a Commissioner for a term commencing on January 1, 2022 and ending on December 31, 2024.  Candidates for District Office shall file their signed petition, specifying which term, with the Secretary of the Fire District, Debra Kunzelman, Beekman Fire District, 316 Beekman-Poughquag Road, Poughquag, NY 12570 no later than November 24, 2021. All duly registered residents of the Beekman Fire District shall be eligible to vote.
