NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the fiscal affairs of Beekman Fire District for the period beginning January 1, 2015 and ending on December 31, 2015, have been examined by Theodore J. Eglit, Jr., Certified Public Accountant, and that the report of examination performed by Theodore J. Eglit, Jr., Certified Public Accountant, was received on August 31, 2016 and has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to section 181-b(4) of the town law, the governing board of Beekman Fire District shall prepare an action plan in response to the report of Theodore J. Eglit, Jr., Certified Public Accountant, and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than November 30, 2016.
