PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, has, on the 24th day of February 2016, duly adopted the resolution attached hereto and published herewith, subject to a permissive referendum.

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 6-g of the General Municipal Law, there is hereby appropriated from the capital improvement reserve fund of the Beekman Fire District in the Town of Beekman, Dutchess County, New York, the sum not to exceed $4,000 to finance, pay for, and be applied toward the costs of outside energy efficient light replacement for the Beekman Firehouse located at 316 Beekman Poughquag Road, Poughquag, NY in accordance with EnerPath and the NYSEG Small Business Energy Efficiency Program; foregoing resolution is adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
